Gift vouchers are valid 24 hours after purchase for 1 year from the date of sale. They may be used in any Lussmanns restaurant. Please quote the unique voucher code when making your reservation. Please book in advance to guarantee a table and note that tables may be required back after 2 hours, depending on the restaurant location and the time of your reservation.
Meal vouchers for the Set Menu may only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. They do not include side orders, steak sauces, supplementary charges for certain dishes or discretionary gratuities (100% of which go to staff).
Meal vouchers purchased for the Set Menu are not redeemable against any other menus, including the House Menu, Party Menu or Christmas Menu. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
